Privacy Policy

This policy explains what InstantReply.ca collects and how it is handled. It covers both business customers and the callers who receive our text messages.

What we collect

For callers: your phone number, the content of the text conversation, any photos or files you send, and the time of the missed call. For business customers: contact details, business information and billing details.

How it is used

Caller information is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to pass the lead to the business you called. We do not sell caller data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who it is shared with

Conversation content is shared with the business you called. We use service providers to deliver the product — including GoHighLevel for CRM and messaging workflows, and licensed telecom carriers for SMS delivery. They process data on our behalf under contract.

Retention

Conversation records are retained in the business customer's CRM account for as long as they remain a customer. When an account is closed, we delete our copies within 30 days, except where records must be kept for legal or billing reasons.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@instantreply.ca. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Access to conversation data is restricted to the business customer and authorised InstantReply staff who need it to support the service.
