SMS Terms
InstantReply.ca provides automated missed-call text-back messaging on behalf of the business you called. These terms describe how those messages work.
Consent
When you call a business that uses InstantReply and the call is not answered, you receive an automated reply by SMS. Placing the call is treated as your request for contact, which constitutes implied consent under CASL in Canada and the TCPA in the United States. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how the conversation goes. A typical missed call results in one to five messages. Follow-up sequences stop as soon as you reply or opt out.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all future automated texts from that business immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@instantreply.ca.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. InstantReply does not charge message recipients.
Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. US traffic is sent over registered A2P 10DLC campaigns. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
